I have personally already purchased the PixelJunk Monsters: Encore pack and have attempted to blast through the first level and lost at Wave 19 right when the Boss came in at Wave 20. Ah well. . . .

Tomorrow, on the Playstation Store, echchrome will be available for purchase for $9.99 for both PS3 and PSP versions. The PS3 and PSP versions both have 56 different puzzles. So a grand total of 112 puzzles if you purchase both copies.

Peter Dille, who's title is: "Senior Vice President, Marketing & PLAYSTATION Network" has created a BLOG post. What's in it? Information on the Playstation Cards, sort of like MS Point Cards, but without the Microsoft, or the Points, but with the money.
"Our primary goal with PLAYSTATION Network is to form an evolving entertainment network where the PlayStation community can gather and discover new forms of entertainment. Some of the key pillars that will make this an experience a success are:
* The PlayStation community; * Free online gaming; * Digital media download services; and * Original content
Of course, entertainment comes in the form of content, so I'll dive in and discuss what we are bringing to PLAYSTATION Network that will help us achieve this goal."
In-Game XMB is a big issue, and yes, they all know this. They're going to be giving that to us in V2.4 I believe it was. And don't forget the launching of Home!

Do I hear Microsoft shivering? Playstation Cards, free online services, free access to the Playstation Store, a web browser, a non-web-based Playstation Store? Oh my!
Yes, it's quite ready for downloading, you will not be prompted though, you must go to Firmware Update and go to Via Internet. It only enhances the Playstation Store's look. It also makes it more user-friendlky and easier to navigate.
The Playstation Store will be down from today to early tomorrow. They have to put in an entirely new code, import/export all images, put in the new look and make it no longer web-based. Just in case you were wondering why it was taking so long.
Alright, so, we know that the Playstation Store is getting a new look, and now we get to see how this new store will no longer be web-based and how to navigate it. This video features Grace Chen showing off the new store:
But that's not all! This update will also include DTS-HD Master Audio output for Blu-ray videos, the highest quality of audio will now be heard on Blu-ray vidoes, this goes hand-in-hand with the highest quality of video.
DTS-HD Master Audio is seriously bit-for-bit identical to studio recordings, this brings a whole new kind of sound into your homes. This delivers the audio at an extremely high speed at 24.5 mega-bits per second (Mbps) on Blu-ray Discs, by the way, that's better than a DVD's.
"DTS-HD Master Audio also offers 7.1 audio channels at 96k sampling frequency/24 bit depths, so you’ll be totally immersed in the sound. The firmware update will add DTS-HD High Resolution Audio as well, which is a similar output technology that requires less disc space. You can read more about both codecs here."
This sounds like a home theatre owner's wet dream or something. This is going to change the PS3, and you better be there to download it.
As you should all know, the PLAYSTATION STORE will be recieving a revamp, with this revamp, users were worried that because it will not be web-based, but an integrated part with the XMB if it would region-lock users with multiple Master Accounts in different regions.
Well, thank you Sony, because they're not. This means you can still access your Japanese stores.
What does that look like? It looks like the new Playstation STORE of course.
You get 8 categories to start off, which is double the amount you can look through now. At least at the home page. This allows for faster viewing of content and a much easier way to serach through the content.
Currently, the 4 items for the SD PS STORE takes a while to go through.
The categories will be: * New Releases * Downloadable Games * View All By Title * Add-Ons * Demos * Videos * Wallpapers/Themes * Featured Items
What else should be on there? Not much, I'm sure once you get into a specific area some more sub-categories will show within the window, if not, it's not a big deal and it's still great that this is happening.
One catch, no DLC will be available April 3rd or 10th so that the coders can redo everything and make the transaction as smooth as possible. However, we will be getting Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Operation: Broken Mirror for Warhawk and other releases the following week.
The Store will be updated via Firmware Update. Could this be V2.30? If so, that means there won't be bery many updates until V2.40, which by the way, brings In-Game XMB.
We've got one hellavun update. I mean it took forever to do this. I'm looking forward to some of these man.
